Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

We want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

What does my reservation include?

When you purchase a reservation, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, or non-alcoholic beverages..

Booking system logout times:

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once a reservation slot is selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

Why is a service charge added?

Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding a 20% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, an 20% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your reservation or reschedule it for another night. Can I give my reservation away or sell it?

Yes. The reservation is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling reservations for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a reservation from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the reservation through the restaurant's official website. Any reservations purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. How do I transfer my reservation?

Does Tock work on all web browsers?

Tock is designed to work on all modern browsers. Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are recommended. Old versions of IE, for example, are not supported.
